Barbara Catherine "Bertha" Ruby,94,of Las Vegas died Sunday,May 10,1998,in a local hospice. She was born Nov. 26,1903,in Belle Vernon,Pa. A resident for three years,she was a homemaker. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Ruby of Las Vegas;two sons,Joseph Ruby of Pittsburgh and Louis Charles Samonsky of Ventura,Calif.;a sister, Mary Toth of Perryopolis,Pa.;six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Arrangements were handled by Palm Mortuary,7600 S. Eastern Ave.
