Mrs.Bertha Brazak;aged 23 years;died unexpectedly the afternoon of Wednesday;December 13;1939;in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital at 2 o’clock after a brief illness. She had been ill for two weeks;but her passing came as a shock. She was the wife of Andrew Brazack and resided at 716 Green street;Belle Vernon. Surviving besides her husband are one son;Buster;two stepchildren;Mary Jane and Joseph;her parents;Mr.and Mrs.Joseph Slaboda of North Charleroi;five sisters;Mrs.Anna Decovitch of Detroit;Mrs.Mary Gency of Nemacolin;Mrs.Rose DeHainaut of North Charleroi;Mrs.Tillie Richey of Naomi and Miss Dorothy Jean Slaboda of North Charleroi;and five brothers;John Slaboda of Charleroi;Thomas and Joseph Slaboda of North Charleroi.Steve Slaboda of Va.;and Paul Slaboda of Nemacolin. The remains are at the home of her parents at 536 Conrad avenue;North Charleroi. Friends will be received at the home of her parents;Mr.and Mrs.Joseph Slaboda of North Charleroi;until Saturday morning when services will be held at 9 o’clock in St.Jerome’s R.C.church.
