Mrs.Anna Bertha Peerman;933 Summit Ave.;Monessen;died at 2:50 p.m.;Thursday;July 15;1971;in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital after a short illness. She was born June 16;1907 in Danville;Va. She had lived in Monessen for 42 years. She was a member of Mt.Calvary Baptist Church and its Ushers Board;Nurses Board and the Fellowship Choir. Surviving are her husband;Berry;two daughters;Mrs;Thomas (Hazel) Rone of Monessen;Mrs.Robert (Virginia) James of Monessen;three sons;James Thomas of Monessen;Mitchell Peerman of Oak Park;Ill.;and William Peerman of Chapel Hill;N.C.;one brother;Roosevelt Marable of Carneige;Pa.and one sister;Mrs.Bernice Harris of Pittsburgh and 18 grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Beverly C.Draper Funeral Home;Monessen after 7 p.m.Saturday. Services will be held Monday;July 19 at 1 p.m.at Mt.Calvary Baptist Church;Monessen with the Rev.Edgar Archie;pastor;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
