Mrs. Bertha A. Morris,78,wife of Samuel Morris,died at newell at 10:30 o'clock Friday morning,October 1,1954. In addition to her husband,she is survived by four children,Samuel E.,Jr.,of Farmington,N.H.,Robert of California,Harry Shaffer of Newell and Margaret Shaffer of Uniontown;six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at Blair's funeral home at Perryopolis at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon with Rev. H.L. Davis officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
