Hospital; Jefferson Borough.
She was born in Fredericktown
on July 5;1923; the daughter of
the late John and Sarah (Dunn)
Staff. Mrs. Carlson was a
homemaker and a member of
the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints in
Monongahela. In addition to
her parents; she was preceded
in death by her husband;
Robert Carlson; on Jan. 3;
2000. She is survived by a son;
Norman Robert Carlson Sr. of
Star Junction; a daughter;
Sally Ann Schneider of
Smithton; a sister; Catherine
Ryan of Charleroi; four grandchildren; Heidi Muziani; Diana
Maksim; Norman Robert
Carlson Jr. and Shauna
Carlson; and nine great-grandchildren. There will be no public visitation. Memorial service
will be held Wednesday at 10
a.m. in the chapel of Belle
Vernon Cemetery; Rostraver
Township; with Elder Glenn R.
Alton officiating. The JAMES
