Bernice Bryant Robinson, 67,of Apartment 208,Char House, Charleroi,died Wednesday,Feb. 15,1995,in her home of an apparent heart attack. Born Dec. 11,1927,in Wilmerding,she was a daughter of the late Timothy and Clara Bryant. A lifelong resident of the Mon Valley, she was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Monessen. A homemaker,she was well-known for her cooking and baking abilities. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law,Elder William and Joyce Smith of Canton,Ohio; two daughters and one son-in-law,Patricia Ann and William Anderson III of Louisville, Ky., and Flora B. White of Greensburg;seven sisters, Alma Hodge of Louisville,Ky.,Ethel Mills and Evelyn Bryant,both of New York,Nellie B. Bryant,Nettie Bryant and Lola Bryant,all of Monroeville,and Dolores Bryant of Cinncinnati,Ohio;one brother,Harry Chislom; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 9 p.m. in Mt. Calvary Baptist Church,Monessen,where services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Griffin E. Mason,pastor,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The William R. Taylor Funeral Home,Monessen,is in charge of arrangements.
