Barry W. Wergin; 50; of Charleroi; died Saturday; Dec. 18; 2004; in Mon Valley Hospital. He was born Sept. 10; 1954; in North Charleroi; a son of the late Russell and Catherine Wilkinson Wergin. He was a Vietnam veteran; serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Wergin was a security officer at Koppers Industries in Monessen. Surviving are his wife; Kristine Wilson Wergin; a daughter; Catherine; of West Newton; two sons; Kristopher and Cody Wergin; both at home; and a step daughter; Amanda Wilson of Charleroi. A memorial service will be held Wednesday; Dec. 22; at 11 a.m. in the SCHROCK-HOGAN FUNERAL HOME; 226 Fallowfield Ave.; Charleroi.
