Barbara Kotora Echols; 70; of Belle Vernon; went to be with the Lord on Sunday; May 13th; 2012 in her home. A daughter of the late Michael and Mary Sarik Kotora; she was born in Monongahela on September 25; 1941. She was a member and elder of the Marion Presbyterian Church where she served on the Mission Team and as the fundraising chairwoman. A resident of Belle Vernon since the mid 1960’s; she had grown up in Monessen. Barbara was the owner and operator of Le Collection in Uniontown. Survivors include her husband of 34 years; Victor M. Echols; one son and daughter-in-law; George and Mary Jo Barney of Weirton; WV; two grandchildren; Joshua and Jordan Barney one brother and sister-in-law; Michael and Frances Kotora of Belle Vernon; Two nephews and a niece; Michael; John and Michelle Kotora; three step daughters and one step son-in-law; Ramona Ellison; Regina and Robert Smith and Veronica Del Brougge;. A memorial service will be held Saturday; May 19th; 2012 at 3 P.M. in the Marion Presbyterian Church; 207 Perry Avenue; Belle Vernon; with Pastor Robert Prinkey officiating.
