Barbara Caputo;65;proprietor of Caputo’s Market in Belle Vernon for 30 years;prior to retirement ten years ago;died suddenly at her late home;336 Main St.;Belle Vernon on Tuesday;Nov.19;1963;at 3:50 p.m. She was a member of St.Sebastian’s R.C.Church of Belle Vernon;the Confraternity of Christian Mothers of the church;the Sons of Italy and the Anita Garibaldi Society;both of Belle Vernon. Surviving are one daughter;Mrs.Robert (Rose) Grant of Belle Vernon;one son;Joseph P.; a councilman for the Borough of Belle Vernon and who;along with his wife;now operate Caputo’s Market;one brother;Joseph Desimone of Belle Vernon;and three grandchildren. Her husband;Frank;is deceased. Friends are being received at the late home.
