A former Monessen resident,Mrs. Augusta Woods,69,died Monday Feb. 28,1966 at 5:15 a.m. in Torrance State Hospital. Mrs. Woods was born in Mississippi. She is survived by a brother, William Davis of Monessen. Friends will be received at the Beverly C. Draper Funeral Home in Monessen. Service there Thursday,March 3,at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Philip L. Greene,pastor of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Connellsville,officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly D. Draper,funeral director.
