August Petrak;74;of 1215 Lower Meadow Ave.;Charleroi;was found dead at his home on Saturday;Oct.10;1968. Death was attributed to natural causes. Neighbors notified police when Mr.Petrak hadn’t been seen for a day-and-a-half. Mr.Petrak;who was born in Czechoslovakia on April 29;1894;was a retired employee of the Allenport plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. Surviving are a son;Edward of Miami;Fla.;two grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Francis C.Slezak Funeral Home;Charleroi;from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Service there Tuesday;Oct.13;at 11 a.m. Interment;Belle Vernon Cemetery. Francis C.Slezak is funeral director.
