Arthur W. Dubinsky; 79; of Fairhope (Belle Vernon) died Monday; December 17; 2007 in his home with his family and a close friend; Patricia Hormell by his side. A son of the late Steven and Katherine Garber Dubinsky; he was born in Monessen on January 12; 1928. He was a member of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church of Monessen. A U.S. Marine veteran of World War II; Arthur had resided in Fairhope most of his adult life and retired in 1993 from Duquesne Slag Company. Survivors include one daughter; Janice Dubinsky; with whom he made his home; two sons and one daughter-in-law; Gary Dubinsky and girlfriend; Vicki Snyder of Carroll Twp. and Allen and Angela Ferretti of Monessen; one sister; Margaret (Peggy) Kuchera of Charleroi and seven grandchildren; Alan Lee Dubinsky and wife Karen; Andrew; Timothy; Drew and Cori Dubinsky and Austin and Alana Ferretti. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by his wife; Edith B. Stewart Dubinsky on June 3; 2001; his son; Arthur J. Dubinsky; on September 15; 2004 and two brothers; Steve and John Dubinsky. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. A blessing service will be in the funeral home Thursday at 9:45 A.M. followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 10:30 A.M. in St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church with Monsignor Andrew D. Parvensky and Deacon John Hanchin officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. On Wednesday; in the funeral home; a Parish Rosary will be prayed at 2 P.M. and at 7 P.M.; there will be a Service for the Dead.
