Arthur V.Rousseau;84;of Belle Vernon R.D.1;a resident of Rostraver Township for 77 years;died Saturday;May 4;1963;at 6:20 p.m.at his late home.  Mr.Rousseau was born in Belgium;March 19;1879;and was a member of the Monessen Eagles Aeerie and of the Franco-Belgium Club of Charleroi.  He was retired as a glass flattener at the former American Window Glass Co.;Belle Vernon in 1949.  Surviving are four sons;Arthur J.;Harry N.;Ernest and Gene;all of Mt.Vernon;Ohio;six daughters;Mrs.John (Adele) Deters;Mrs.Camelia Popp;Mrs.C.T.(Ora) Olson and Mrs.Arvo (Eva) Knuttila;all of Belle Vernon R.D.;Mrs.Eugene (Maria) McDonald of State College;Pa.;and Mrs.Schuyler (Doris) Marshall of California;Pa.;a brother;Joseph of Belle Vernon R.D.1;a sister;Mrs.Eva Brown of Kittanning;22 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.  Friends are being received at the Shelby D.
