Arthur Elie McCIure, aged 38 years, former Belle Vernon resident, died Saturday morning, April 18,1942 at 12:08 o'clock, in the Bellevue hospital, New York City, after a three weeks illness. The deceased was born in Belle Vernon, and lived there until two years ago when he obtained employment in New York City. He is survived by his father, Charles McClure, of Belle Vernon. and his grandmother, Mrs. Mary Ann McClure, with whom he made his home while residing in Belle Vernon. Friends are being received at the Melenyzer Funeral home until time for the services,Tuesday,April 21,at 2 p.m. Rev. James Rainey,pastor of the First Christian Church of Belle Vernon,will officiate. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Charles L. and Edwin Melenyzer,funeral directors in charge.
