was 73. Mr. LaPolnte was born
Feb. 26; 1909; In Marshfield; Wisc.; a son of the late Alexander and Mary LaPointe.
A resident of Belle Vernon
since 1941; he was a member
of St. Sebastian Church and
the Eagles Lodge.
Mr. LaPointe retired in
1978 from Ell-Bent Supply Co.
as a bookkeeper.
He was preceded In death
by his wife; Esther Marie
Kurtzheim; on July 10;1978.
Survivors Include one son;
Norman LaPointe of Los
Gatos; Calif.; one daughter;
Mrs. Joseph (Annett)
Schwendeman of Belle Vernon; two brothers; Raymond
of Marshfield; Wisc; and Edward of Stone Lake; Wisc.;
one sister; Mrs. James
(Philomen) Berg of Wisconsin Rapids; Wisc.; and four
grandchildren.
Friends will be received in
the Shelby D. Ferguson
Funeral Home; 700 Broad
Ave.;Belle Vernon; on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 p.m. A Prayer service will be held on Thursday;Sept.16;at 9:30 a.m.in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian Church;Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson;funeral director;is in charge of arrangements.
