Mr.Kohnfelder was born in Monessen;Aug.3;1900;a son of the late Charles H.and Emma Schrag Kohnfelder. He was a member of the South Plain Grove United Presbyterian Church;Free and Accepted Masons No.642;New Castle;New Castle Consistory. Survivors include his widow;Hilda Olson Kohnfelder;two daughters;Mrs.John (Lois) Rankin of Belle Vernon and Mrs.Benjamin (Harriet) Warner of Perryopolis;one sister;Mrs.Lenora Kuhl of Belle Vernon;five grandchildren;five great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Joseph W.ligo Funeral Home;Slippery Rock on Monday from 7-9 p.m.;Tuesday from 2-4;7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Ralph McCanliss officiating.
