Obituary

Arthur A.Bandini,65,who had been custodian for The Valley Independent prior to his retirement in 1962,died in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital Monday,March 27,1967 at 6:15 p.m. Mr.Bandini lived at 35 Adams Ave.,Belle Vernon. A life-long resident of Belle Vernon,he had worked 28 years for American Window Glass Co.,Belle Vernon. He was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Italian Beneficial Society,both of Belle Vernon,and East Belle Vernon Athletic Association. He was born May 22,1901. Surviving are his widow,Kathleen Olivito Bandini,a son,Arthur (Banner) Bandini of Cocoa Beach,Fla.,three daughters,Mrs.Forrest (Marie) McKenna of Belle Vernon,Mrs.James (Margie) Rutan of Hacienda Heights,Calif.,Mrs.Daniel (Dee Dee) Stolinski of Erie,seven grandchildren. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. March 28 at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon. Blessing service there Thursday,March 30 at 10:30 a.m.followed by Requiem High Mass in St.Sebastian's R.C.Church,Belle Vernon,at 11 a.m. with the Rev.Martin J.O'toole,pastor,officiating. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson,funeral director.
