Obituary

Antonio Colelli,88,of 36 Wayne Ave.,Lincoln Heights,Jeannette,a former resident of Belle Vernon,was dead on arrival at Monsour Hospital,Jeannette,Friday,Sept.9,1966,at 1:45 p.m. Mr.Colelli was born April 6,1879,and had spent most of his life in Belle Vernon,leaving there 10 years ago to make his home with his daughter,Mrs.Ben (Leona) Lavigna. Surviving besides his daughter are four sons,Amerigo,Perryopolis R.D.,Ernest,Lynnwood,Albert,Pittsburgh,John Clement,Denver,Colo.,two sisters,Mrs.Concetta Casterino,Arnold,Pa.,and Mrs.Rose Bennetti,Jersey City,N.J.,7 grandchildren,12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife,Mary Grace,on June 11,1957. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,after 12 noon on Sept.11. Funeral services will be held Tuesday,Sept.13,at 9:30 a.m.from the funeral home,followed by Requiem High Mass at 10 a.m.from St.Sebastan R.Church,Belle Vernon. The Rev.Martin J.O'Toole will officiate. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson,funeral director.
