Anthony Tony Mazza of Marion Villa;Belle Vernon;died Saturday;March 16;1985;at 9:17 p.m. in the Mon Valley Hospital. He was 82. Mr.Mazza was born Dec.18;1902;in Kingmont;W.Va.a son of the late James and Sarah Alessio Mazza. He was Catholic by faith. Mr.Mazza had been self employed and retired. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife;Mary Miller Mazza Dec.21;1981;a son;James Mazza and by two daughters;Toni Ann Mazza and Sara Mazza Bruce. Survivors include one son;Gordon Mazza of Belle Vernon;two daughters;Rose Marie McFall of Fayette City R.D.1 and Mrs. Katherine Vargo of Fayette City;;25 grandchildren;19 great-grandchildren;one brother;John Mazza of Belle Vernon and three sisters;Mrs.Josephine Teano;Mrs.Gilda Duda and Mrs.Mary Babe Teska;all of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;where a blessing service will be held n Wednesday;March 20;at 10 a.m. with the Rev.Fr.Thomas G.Rinn;pastor of Holy Spirit R.C.Church of Fayette City;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
