Mr.Michaels was born June 12;1937;in Monessen;a son of the late John Michaels Sr.and Anna Julia Vagasky Michaels. A lifelong resident of Monessen;he was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Surviving are two brothers;Frank Michaels of Elizabeth and Elmer Michaels of Monessen;with whom he made his home;four sisters;Mrs.Ann Pagonis of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Helen Martin of Clearwater;Fla.;Mrs.Margaret Mann of Monongahela and Mrs.Ted (Dolores) Zyglowicz of Monessen;and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. A Prayer Service will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home;followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
