Obituary

Anthony Guzzi,64,of 208 Lincoln Ave.,Charleroi,died Monday,June 8,1970,at 5 a.m.in St.Clair Memorial Hospital,Pittsburgh. He was employed at the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.and was a member of Sons of Italy and Sportsmen's Club,both of Charleroi. Surviving are a son,Domenick of Charleroi,two daughters,Mrs.Spencer (Carol) Zachary of Muncie,Ind.,and Mrs.MAry Ann Caputo of Charleroi,with whom he made his home,his mother,Mrs.Caroline Guzzi of Belle Vernon,six grandchildren and one great-grandchild,three sisters,Mrs.Russsell (Jennie) Costanza and Mrs.Edward (Frances) Revala of Charleroi,Mrs.Valentina Durante in South America,two brothers,Thomas of Muncie and John of California state. Friends will be received at Harold R.Toner Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,after 7 p.m.June 8 and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.June 9. Prayer service there Wednesday,June 10,at 10:30 a.m.with the Very Rev.Martin J.O'Toole,pastor of Belle Vernon's St.Sebastian R.C.Church,officiating. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is funeral director.
