Anthony Evangelist,62,of 957 Miller St.,Monessen,died Monday,June 13,1988,in the Westmoreland Manor, Hempfield Township. He was born July 5,1925,in Monessen, a son of the late Albert and Grace Mario Evangelist. He was Catholic by faith. He lived in Monessen all of his life. He was formerly employed at the Corning Glass Works, Charleroi. Survivors include three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Samuel and Theresa of Carrick,Daniel and Betty of Belle Vernon and Joseph of Monessen and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Reymond D. Dalfonso Funeral Home,441 Reed Ave.,Monessen,where funeral services will be held Thursday at 8:30 a.m. with Msgr.P. Lino Ramellini,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Raymond D. Dalfonso,funeral director,is in charge of the arrangements.
