Mrs. Annie M. Taylor,57,of 1219 Highland Ave.,Monessen died at her late home Sunday, September 23,1962 at 7:10 following a lingering illness. She was born in Pineboro, Miss.,on October 31,1904,but had been a resident of Monessen for the past 39 years. She was a member of the Gate of Heaven Church of God in Christ in Monessen. Surviving are her husband, Samuel;two daughters, Mrs. Maurice (Dorothy) Wade and Mrs. Frederick (Annie Mae) Foxx of Monessen;one son, Samuel Jr. of Philadelphia;one brother, the Rev. Claude L. Harris of Philadelphia and eleven grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Beverly C. Draper Funeral Home,Monessen. Funeral services Thursday, September 27,at 11 a.m. in the A.M.E. Church of Monessen. Elder J. Bass will officiate. interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly C. Draper, funeral director.
