Anne Tomasko Toteda; 88; of Belle Vernon; died Wednesday; Dec. 20; 2006; at 11:50 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital; Carroll Township. Born Oct. 9; 1918; in Punxsutawney; she was the daughter of the late John and Martha Mary Dunay Tomasko. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon; Mrs. Toteda was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vernon and a retired nurse. She is survived by two sisters; Kathryn Palanza; of Monessen; and Julia DeFrancesco; of Charleroi; a brother- in-law; Joseph R. Toteda; of Belle Vernon; special friends; Robert and Mary Lacey; of Rostraver Township; and Marc and Jennifer Ginsberg; of Monroeville. She was preceded in death by her husband; Charles A. Toteda; on Nov. 10; 2006; a sister; Mary Toteda; and four brothers; Andrew Evonko; John Tomasko; Jake Evonko and Michael Novak. Visitation will be held Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the LEONARD J. PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME; family owned and operated; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon (724-929-6183). Services will be held Saturday; Dec. 23; in the funeral home at 9:30 a.m.; followed by interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
