Mrs. Anna T Cowan of 525 McKean avenue, Charleroi,died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bert Pearce,Long Branch,Thursday, November 15,1956,at 4:05 a.m. She was born in Ireland,the daughter of Nicholas and Mary McKenna Carroll. She movd to Charleroi ten years ago from Pricedale,and was a member of St. Jerome's Church. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Bert (Violet) Pearce of Long Branch, Mrs. William (Margaret) Campbell of Levittown and Miss Jean Cowan of Charleroi;three brothers, Nicholas Carroll and John Carroll of Corapolis and Joseph Carroll of Wampum, Pa.;five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Francis C. Slezak Funeral Home. Requiem Mass will be sung at St. Jerome's Church,November 19,1956,at 9 a.m.,by Rev. James McKeever,and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Francis C. Slezak is the funeral director.
