Anna Keracik Rowley;82;of 428 Fell St.;Belle Vernon;died Sunday;April 14;1991;at 11 a.m.in Haven Crest Inc.;Carroll Township.  Born Jan.8;1909;in Charleroi;she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine Bartak Keracik.  Mrs.Rowley was a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon.  She was Protestant by faith and a member of the Goodwill Club;Charleroi.  In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;William H.Rowley;on Feb.3;1980;two sisters;Mary Balaska ad Ethel Barcelona;two brothers;Joseph Keracik and John Keracik;and a grandson;Brian Shumaker.  Surviving are one son;Willian H.Rowley Jr.of Apex;N.C.;one daughter;Mrs.Carl (Shirley Ann) Miller of Belle Vernon;six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be be held Wednesday;at 1 p.m.with the Rev.Michael Shepard;interim pastor of First Presbyterian Church;Belle Vernon;officiating.  Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Arrangements are being handled by the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home.
