Anna Aitken Wagner;92;of 118 Beaumont St.;Belle Vernon;died Monday;April 22;1991;at 2:10 a.m.in Haven Crest Inc.;Carroll Township. She was born Dec.13;1898;in Witburn;Scotland;a daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret Robertson Aitken. Mrs.Wagner was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon and had resided in Belle Vernon since 1936. She was a retired registered nurse;having been employed at the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. She was a charter member of the Mon Valley Nurses Association. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Frank Wagner on July 5;1973;a daughter;Phyllis Overand in 1975;three sisters;Margaret Evans;Jean Rutherford and Nell Negleman;and two brothers;Robert Aitken and Thomas Aitken. She is survived by two daughters;Mrs.Margaret Hillman of Belle Vernon and Mrs.William (Linda) Elkins of Belaire;Md.;two sons;Frank Wagner Jr.of Watsontown and Thomas Wagner of McMurray;a brother;James Aitken of St.Petersburg;Fla.;a sister;Mrs.Isabell Naylor of Speers;12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.;and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m.in the funeral home with the Rev.Michael Shepard;interim pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
