Mrs. Anna Phythyon,78,formerly of Belle Vernon,died Saturday,July 23,1960,in the Weimer Nursing Home,Uniontown,where she had been a resident for five years.Mrs. Phythyon was born in Centerville,June 3,1882,and came to Belle Vernon from that place in 1913. She left Belle Vernon six years ago to make her home with a niece,Mrs. Clyde Hartman in Centerville. Preceded in death by her husband,Harry Phythyon in 1946, she is survived by two nieces,Mrs. Clyde Hartman of Centerville,and Mrs. Edmond Smith of Encino,California,and one nephew,William Wolf of Hurst,Texas. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services wil be held there Monday,July 25,at 1:30 p.m. and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
