Anna (Yetsconish) Markovitch of Smithton R.D.1;formerly of Fayette City;died Friday;June 19;1981;at 9:15 a.m.in the H.C.Frick Memorial Hospital.Mount Pleasant. She was 70. Mrs.Markovitch was born Aug.14;1910 in Fayette City;a daughter of the late Michael and Mary Germack Yetsconish. She was Catholic by faith. Mrs.Markovitch was preceded in death by her husband;Martin G.Markovitch on Aug.30;1965. Survivors include a son;Martin of Belle Vernon R.D.5;two daughters;Mary Ann McKenery of Charleroi and Helen Klancher of Smithton R.D.1;two brothers;Michael Yetsconish of Belle Vernon R.D.2 and George Yetsconish of Florida;one sister;Mrs.Susan Kosheba of Pontiac;Mich.;11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held Monday;June 22;at 9:30 a.m.in the funeral home;followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.in Holy Spirit R.C.Church;Fayette City;with Rev.Father Thomas G.Rinn;pastor of the church;as celebrant. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A Parish Wake Service will be held Saturday at 7 p.m.in the funeral home. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
