Obituary

Mrs.Anna M.Marston,wife of the late Dr.A.M.Marston,of Belle Vernon,died Tuesday evening,Feb.24,1931,at 6:15 o'clock,at the home of her sister,Mrs.Lewis Gale,in Jeannette,where she had been spending the winter months. Mrs.Marston suffered a stroke Saturday night,from which she never rallied. Four years ago Mrs.Marston was the victim of a stroke which paralized one side of her body,making her an invalid,and she spent her life in a wheel chair. Despite her affliction,Mrs.Marston retained a cheery and loving disposition and many came from her room refreshed and cheered by her sunny outlook on life. She never relinquished her interest in W.C.T.U.work,in which work she had been associated all her life. She was a member of the Baptist Church and was active in church work as long as her health permitted. Mrs.Marston was aged 65 years. The body was brought to Belle Vernon today,Thursday,Feb.26,1931 and taken to her home in Wood street. Funeral services will be held from the Baptist Church Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. One brother and three sisters survive.
