Anna Mae (Taylor-Foxx) Faulks; 78; of Monessen; entered into rest on Saturday; August 9; 2008 at home; surrounded by her children. Born August 22; 1929 in Monessen; she was the daughter of the late Annie Mae and Samuel Taylor Sr. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her infant twins; Yvonne and Vaughn Foxx; one grandson; Ian Foxx Smith; one brother; Samuel Clark Taylor Jr.; one sister; Dorothy Lee (Taylor) Wade; her first husband; Fred W. Foxx Sr.; and her second husband; Floyd R. Faulks. Anna Mae graduated from Monessen High School in 1947. She was one of the first charter members of Whole Truth Church of God in Christ in Donora; an original member of the Women’s Inspirational Choir; a Church mother; a member of the Pastor’s Aid and Anniversary committees and a former assistant Sunday school teacher. Anna Mae was previously employed by the Jenny Shop; the Department of Human Services and Bell Telephone of Pennsylvania. She leaves to cherish her loving memory six daughters; Darlese (Deacon Ernie) Davis; of Columbus; Ohio; Dorothy (Elder Bruce) Thompson; of Donora; Kathy (Dorian) Smith; of Pittsburgh; Marsha Foxx and Stacy Faulks; both of Monessen; and Yvonne (Elder Michael) Pressley; of Canton; Ohio; two sons; Frederick Billy (Tracy) Foxx; of McKeesport; and Howard (Denyse) Foxx; of Minneapolis; Minn.; one brother-in-law; Elder Maurice B. (Mildred) Wade Sr.; of Monongahela; one sister-in-law; Barbara Williamson; of Orlando; Fla.; special nephews; Elder Maurice (Cheryl) Wade Jr.; of Belle Vernon; Elder Charles (Doris) Wade; of Donora; Elder Clark Wade; of Houston; Texas; and Samuel Clark (Juanita) Taylor III; of Orlando; Fla.; one special cousin; Annette Anthony; of Philadelphia; 19 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren; extended family; Vaughn Williams; of Washington; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends will be received Friday; August 15; from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday; August 16; from 10 to 11 a.m.; the hour of service in Whole Truth C.O.G.I.C.; 1004 McKean Ave.; Donora; with Elder Maurice B.
