Mrs.Anna M.Baker;77;of 164 Shafer Ave.;Charleroi;died Saturday;Oct.2;1971;at 5 p.m.in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. She had been in declining health. Mrs.Baker was born Aug.15;1894. She had been a Monessen resident for many years before moving in 1953 to Charleroi;where she was a member of St.Jerome’s Roman Catholic Church. Survivors are her husband;Louis L.; four sons;James V.;Charles L.;C.Eugene and H.Robert Baker;all of Monessen;two daughters;Mrs.Joseph (Geraldine) Zajack and Mrs.Ben (Katherine) Zajack;both of Monessen;two stepsons;Connie Baker of Monessen and Leo Baker of Eldora;one sister;Mrs.Katie Brooks of Mt.Pleasant;26 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Rhome Funeral Home;1209 Grand Blvd.;Monessen from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. on Monday. Services will be held Tuesday;Oct.5 at 10 a.m.when a Requiem High Mass will be celebrated at St.Jerome’s Roman Catholic Church;Charleroi;by Msgr.William J.Maher.
