Mrs.Anna Kornifiel Gordesky;80;of the Knights of St.George Home;Wellsburg;W.Va.;died Sunday;June 10;1973;at 9:45 p.m. in North Wheeling General Hospital;Wheeling;W.Va. She was a former resident of Arnold City. Mrs.Gordesky was born in Poland on April 24;1893 and belonged to the Chapel of the Knights of St.George Home;Wellsburg. Surviving are three sons;Walter of San Diego;Calif.;Edward of Long Beach;Calif.;and Stanley of Pittsburgh;two daughters;Mrs.Frank (Stella) Kroskie of Fairhope and Mrs.Marie Cook of Carnegie;11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;where prayers will be recited at 9:30 a.m.Wednesday followed by Mass of the Resurrection at 10 a.m.in Holy Spirit R.C.Church;Fayette City with the Rev.Stephen J.Drab;pastor;as celebrant.
