Ann Lucas Boyer;67;of 441 Third Ave.;New Eagle;died Tuesday;June 30;1992;at 3:53 a.m.in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. She was born May 25;1925;in North Charleroi;a daughter of the late Peter and Mary Honchalk. A Belle Vernon area resident most of her life;Mrs.Boyer was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church and the Belle Vernon American Legion Auxiliary. She was a former employee of Westmoreland Manor in Greensburg. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her first husband;Paul P;Lucas;her second husband;James E.Boyer;and a sister;Rose Gimbara. Survivors include three sons;Edward Lucas of Middletown;Paul Lucas of Belle Vernon and James Lucas of Annison;Ala.;two daughters;Sharon Honsaker of Monongahela and Mrs.Thomas (Mary Ann) McGinty of New Eagle;two brothers;Martin Honchalk of O’Brien;Fla.;and Peter Honchalk of Belle Vernon;two sisters;Mary Koshka of Pittsburgh and Jenny Hostetler of Charleroi and seven grandchildren. Friends will be received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Friday at 10 a.m.with the Rev.John Kluchko;pastor of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church of Belle Vernon;officiating. Belle Vernon American Legion Auxiliary services will be 7 p.m.Thursday in the funeral home. A Parastas Service will be 8 p.m.Thursday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
