Angelo Tollari; 97; of Belle Vernon; Washington Township; died Wednesday; March 5; 2003; at 7:01 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital; Carroll Township. Born Oct. 18; 1905; in Italy; he was a son of the late Battista and Veronica Orsini Tollari. He was a resident of Belle Vernon for the past 71 years; a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; Belle Vernon; and was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel; Monessen Plant; where he worked as a chipper. He also was a life member of the East Belle Vernon Athletic Association. Mr. Tollari is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law; Angelo B. and Audrey Tollari of Belle Vernon; and Anthony Tollari of New Florence; one daughter and son-in-law; Louise and Vincent Notaurangelo of Delaware; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife; Rose Greco Tollari; on March 21; 1987; one brother; Adolph Tollari; and two sisters; Josephine Del Sarone and Mary Scalabrini. Visitation will be held Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the LEONARD J. PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME; Family Owned and Operated; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon; 724-929-6183. A Prayer Service will be held Saturday; March 8; at 8:30 a.m. in the funeral home; followed by a Funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Ronald Cyktor Jr.; parochial vicar; as celebrant. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Members of St. Sebastian Parish will pray the rosary for the departed soul of Angelo Tollari on Friday at 3 p.m. in the funeral home.
