Mr. Wanzilak; 66; was born
in Monessen. He was employed as a watchman at the
Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel;
Monessen plant; until 1973. A
veteran of World War II; he
had served with the U S
Army.
He was Russian Orthodox
by faith; and was a member of
the Fraternal Order of Eagles
AERIE 2390 and the VFW Post
1190; both of Monessen
Mr Wanzilak is survived by
his widow; Mildred Lape
Wanzilak; a step-son; Donate
Keller; at home; a stepdaughter; Mrs. Edward
(Melanie) Pearce of Belle
Vernon R.D. 1; two brothers;
Paul and Joseph (Jack)
Wanzilak; both of Monessen
and two sisters; Mrs. Michael
(Ann) Buchko and Mrs. John
(Mary) Cosner; both of
Monessen
Interment took place in
Belle Vernon Cemetery.
Rhome Funeral directors
were in charge of
arrangements.
