Andrew Petroka,32,of Cook Street Extension,Fayette City,died in the Veterans Administration Hospital,Leech Farm,Pittsburgh,Monday, November 19,1956,at 2:30 p.m. He was born in Fayette City,December 24,1923, and was a member of the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church in Charleroi. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Petroka,Sr.,of Fayette City,four brothers, John and Nicholas at home,Michael of North Charleroi and George of Fayette City R.D.1 and one sister, Mrs. John (Mary) Daniels of Fayette City,R.D. Friends are being received at the McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City,where Prayer service will be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday,Nov. 22,followed by Mass at 10 a.m. at the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church,Charleroi,with the Rev. Gregory Soroka officiating. Burial will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery with full military rites by the Brightwell-Daugherty Post 484,American Legion,Fayette City. George M. McCrory and Son,funeral directors.
