Obituary

Andrew Lorinchak Sr.,68,of 119 Middle St.,Fayette City,died suddenly in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital yesterday at 11 a.m. Born in Glen Richey,Pa.,Sept.7,1900,he was a son of the late Andrew and Anna Matey Lorinchak. Mr.Lorinchak was a member of Brownstown Christian and Missionary Alliance Church and United Mine Workers of America,Local 6831. Surviving are his widow,Catherine Lloyd Lorinchaek,two sons,Andrew Jr.of Washington,D.C.,and Edmund Paul of Rockville,Md.,four daughters,Betty Lorinchak at home,Mrs.Sheridan (Jean) Livingston of Fayette City,Mrs.Gilbert (Kay) Osborne of Fayette City R.D.1,Mrs.William (Judy) Arrow of Fayette City,a sister,Mrs.Anna Oliver of Donora,eleven grandchildren.Friends will be received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City,until noon Saturday,Dec.7,when the body will be taken to Brownstown Christian and Missionary Alliance Church to lie in state until service there the same day at 2 p.m. The Rev. Daniel Anderson,pastor of Mckeesport Christian and Missionary Alliance Church,and the Rev.Donald W.Mitier,pastor of Oil City Christian and Missionary Alliance Church,both former pastors of Brownstown Christian and Missionary Alliance Church,will officiate. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Howard W.McCrory is funeral director.
