Andrew John Strychalski of 3209
Ware Road; Augusta; Ga.; died Sunday;
Sept. 13;1987; at 2:06 p.m. in the
Veteran’s Administration Hospital
in Augusta following a lengthy illness.
He was 45.
Mr. Strychalski was born March
15;1942; in North Charleroi; a son of
John and Susan Buchton
Strychalski; who survive and reside
in Belle Vernon (Fairhope).
He was a member of Advent
Lutheran Church; the VFW and the
American Legion; all of Augusta;
Ga.
A resident of Augusta since 1978;
Mr. Strychalski retired in 1979 from
the U S Army Medical Corps as a
Sergeant E-5.
In addition to his parents survivors
include his wife; Janet Miller
Strychalski; one son; John Andrew
Strychalski of Augusta; two
daughters; Melinda Strychalski of
Augusta and Susan Marie
Strychalski at home; one brother;
Bernard Strychalski of Belle Vernon;
and two sisters; Evelyn Bindus
and Mrs. John (Suzanne) Antol; both
of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Wednesday;Sept.16;1987;at 11 a.m.with Pastor Edward Crotty of the Lynnwood Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson;funeral director;in charge of arrangements.
