A Belle Vernon resident since 1967;he formerly lived in Monessen. Mr.Spencer was born in Elizabeth Twp. Surviving are his widow;Ruth Conway Spencer;a son;John Thomas;and a daughter;Lisa;at home;four brothers;Carl of Belfast;Me.;Benjamin of Elizabeth;Fred Harold of Bentleyville;Robert of Monessen;five sisters;Mrs.Florence Panacucci of West Newton;Mrs.Sarah Costa of Wilson;Mrs.Jennie Zellie of Fredericktown;Ethel Spencer of Wilson;Gloria Spencer of Philadelphia. Friends will be received after 7 p.m.Aug.20 at Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon. Prayer there Friday;Aug.21;at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Requiem High Mass in St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon;at 10 a.m. The Very Rev.Martin J.O’Toole;pastor;will act as celebrant.
