Andrew C. Boyd.74, of Speer street,Belle Venon,died Friday, September 3,1948,at 3:45 a.m. in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital,where he was a patient for the past five months. He was born in Dundee, Scotland and was a life member of the Order of Free Masonry of Scotland and also a member of the Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon. He is survived by his wife,Mrs. Catherine Penman Boyd and five daughters, Mrs. Horace N. Brown (Ina) of Carrick,Mrs. John Harold Kelley (Catherine),of Mt. Lebanon,Mrs. Frank Feeney (Grace) of Dormont,Mrs. James Reed (Helen) and Mrs. Nello Sabatini (Margaret),of Belle Venron. Six grandchildren and one sister,Mrs. Margaret Forrester,of Dundee,Scotland,also survive. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home in Belle Vernon until Monday,September 6,at 2:30 p.m. when funeral services will be held at the funeral home in charge of Rev.
