Andrew B.Houseman;69;of 205 S.Millvale Ave.;Pittsburgh;formerly of Belle Vernon;died suddenly in the West Penn Hospital;Pittsburgh;Saturday;Aug.26;1961. Mr.Houseman;who was born in West Elizabeth;Jan.11;1891;was the second commander of Charleroi American Legion Post 22. He was a U.S.Army veteran of World War I. He was a carpenter by trade and was a member of the Carpenter’s Union;Local 142;Pittsburgh. He was a member of the United Presbyterian Church of East Liberty. He is survived by two brothers;George of Chicago;Ill;and Edgar C.Houseman of Charleroi. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there Tuesday;Aug.29;1962;at 2 p.m.;in charge of the Rev.Curtis Patterson. Interment;Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner;Belle Vernon;is the funeral director.
