Mr.Bolcyak was born Dec.29;1911;in Daisytown;a son of the late Frank J.and Madelene Halgas Bolchak. He was a retired coal miner. Mr.Bolcyak wa a member of St.John Roman Catholic Church;Perrypolois. He was also a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Gold Star Post No.7023;Perryopolis;and the United Mine Workers of America. Surviving are his wife;Sarah Morris Bolcyak;one daughter;Mrs.Charles (Janet) Britt of Belle Vernon R.D.3;a granddaughter;Michele Britt of Belle Vernon R.D.3;and a sister;Margaret Pollack of Fayette City. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home Inc.;Perryopolis;where a Prayer Service will be held Thursday at 9:30 a.m.followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St.Johns Roman Catholic Church;Perryopolis;with the Rev.John T.Euker;pastor;as celebrant. A Wake Service will be held Wednesday at 8 p.m.in the funeral home. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Blair-Lowther Funeral Home Inc.is handling arrangements.
