Mrs. Amelia Michaux,77,232 E. Schoonmaker Ave.,Monessen,died Saturday, February 28,1959 at her home at 8:05 p.m. Born in Belgium,July 27,1881,Mrs. Michaux came to Monessen in 1903,and had lived here since that time. Her husband, Leopold preceded her in death in 1946 and a son, Robert died in 1950. Surviving are a son, Raymond L. Michaux of Monessen;a daughter, Mrs. Domenick (Yvonne) Dellamalva of Monessen;four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Edwin Melenyzer Funeral Home,262 Donner Ave.,Monessen,from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday,March 3,at 1:30 p.m. from the funeral home,with the Rev. Paul J. Trout,pastor of the St. Paul Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Edwin Melenyzer,funeral director.
