Alvie H.Dennis;63;of 720 Conrad Ave.;North Charleroi;died Wednesday;June 7;1967;at 10:20 p.m.in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital after a short illness. Mr.Dennis worked 44 years in the No.2 sub-station of the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. Born in North Charleroi on May 25;1904;he was a son of the late George M.and Luella Baldwin Dennis. Surviving are his widow;Bernice Sichi Dennis;a son;James at home;one daughter;Mrs.George (Luella) Theys of Charleroi;four grandchildren;a brother;George M.and two sisters;Mrs.Nellie Franks and Mrs.Frank LeClerg;all of North Charleroi. Friends are being received at the Francis C.Slezak Funeral Home;Charleroi;where funeral services will be held Monday;June 12;at 11 a.m. The Rev.W.S.VanArsdale;pastor of First Christian Church;Charleroi;will officiate.
