She was born May 1;1909;in Oakmont;a daughter of the late Arthur and Catherine Parry Humphries. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church;Belle Vernon;and had resided in the Belle Vernon area since 1933. Survivors include her husband;Lloyd K.Githers;with whom she celebrated 65 years of marriage on July 17;1998;one daughter;Marilyn Githens Tiscot of Woodbury;N.J.;one son and daughter-in-law;Robert and L.Jyulene Githens of Greensburg;one sister;Myrtle Smith of Bridgeville;eight grandchildren;Robert J.Tiscot;Jr.;Meg Tiscot Geschwind;Pam Tiscot Moszkowicz;Gayle Githens Hughes;Jodie Githens Bouvry;Susan K.Githens;Lynn Caccamese DeCaro;and SuAnne Caccamese;and seven great-grandchildrn. Friends will be erceived Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. Friends will gather for funeral services at the First Presbyterian Church;501 Fayette St.;Belle Vernon;on Monday at 10 a.m.with the Rev.James C.Ramsey;pastor;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of the arrangements.
