Alice B.Hite;of Valley Manor;Monesssen;died Monday morning;Dec.11;1981;in Mon Valley Hospital. She was 89. Mrs.Hite was born Sept.18;1892;in Tyrone;Pa.;and had lived in Monessen most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband;James A.Hite;in 1951;and by a son;Lloyd. She was a Protestant by faith. Mrs.Hite is survived by two daughters;Mrs.Margaret Crail of New Kensington;Pa.;and Mrs.George (Violet) Winstone of Belle Vernon;RD 3;and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Rhome Funeral Home;Inc.;1209 Grand Blvd.;Monessen;Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m.in the Chapel of the Funeral Home with the Rev.Allie A.Clayton;pastor;Rehoboth Presbyterian Church;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Rhome Funeral Home;Inc.;is in charge of arrangements.
