He was born in Becksrun;Pa;January 4;1884;the son of Noel Bissiere and Constance Latour Bissiere of France. He was a member of the Charleroi Methodist Church;coming here twenty-seven years ago from Monessen. He was a retired tin mill worker. He is survived by his wife;Leona Mersonier Bissiere;three daughters;Mrs.Ben Barnett of North Charleroi;Miss Audrey Bissiere and Miss Leona Bissiere at home;three brothers;Cashmiere Bissiere of Monessen;Henry Bissiere of Ellwood City;Pa.;and Adrian Bissiere of Canonsburg;two sisters;Mrs.Alice Daniel of Henrietta;Oklahoma and Mrs.Valeria Hannan of Monessen;and two grandchildren. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Sunday;May 21;1944;at 2:30 p.m.;with Rev.Joseph C.Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
