Alfred A. Razzando,86,of 123 Perry Ave., Belle Vernon (Fairhope), died Monday, Nov. 1,1999,at 5:07 p.m. at Mon Valley Hospital. He was born June 30,1913,in Belle Vernon, a son of the late Alex and Mary Vitulla Razzando. Mr. Razzando was a life-long resident of Fairhope,and a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vernon. He was a retired craneman at the Allenport plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. Mr. Razzado served in World War II with the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 and the Belle Vernon Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 699. Survivors include his wife of 66 years,Blanche Glista Razzando; a sister, Amelia Vannucci of Belle Vernon;several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to his parents,he was preceded in death by a brother, John Razzando;and a sister, Josephine Robshaw. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home,family owned and operated,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. A Prayer service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home,followed by Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon, with the Rev. John R. Cindric, V.F.,pastor,as celebrant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Legion of Mary will recite the Rosary at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home,followed by services by the Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 at 7 p.m. and by the Belle Vernon Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 699 at 7:30 p.m.
