The grim death Angel came unexpectedly in the case of Alexander Lancaster;aged 66;of Henry street;Belle Vernon;whose passing occurred Monday morning;July 19;1926.at 1:10 o’clock. Mr.Lancaster was taken suddenly ill last night. Mr.Lancaster had been employed as gateman for the American Sheet and Tinplate Company at its Monessen plant for a period of 14 years;and was well known. There survive his widow;Mrs.Elizabeth Lancaster;two daughters;Mrs.Emma Hough of Turtle Creek;and Mrs.Laura Cotton of Uniontown;nine grandchildren;seven great-grandchildren;and one stepson;John Moller of North Charleroi. Funeral services will be held in the Christian Church;Belle Vernon;Wednesday afternoon;July 21;1926; at 2 o’clock in charge of Rev.L.D.Headley. Interment will be made in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
